Who I am

I believe that useful therapy makes room for both evidence and the complexity of being human. CBT can offer a clear framework for understanding distress, but the work itself should remain personal, responsive and grounded in the realities of your life.

I am mindful of the power dynamics that can exist within therapeutic relationships. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your experience, I think of the people I work with as co-travellers in a shared human journey. My role is to bring clinical understanding, careful questions and evidence-based tools; yours is to bring the knowledge that only you can have about your history, circumstances and hopes.

I provide therapy in English and Greek and am committed to compassionate, high-quality care. My experience spans NHS Talking Therapies, child and adolescent mental health services, university mental health provision, group interventions and work with people living with long-term health conditions.

How I work

Clinical knowledge, shared with humanity.

Warmth and curiosity are central to how I work. We may spend time noticing the relationships between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical experiences, while also paying attention to the wider systems and relationships around you.

Therapy can be practical and goal-directed without losing space for reflection. Our work will be shaped around your needs, values and circumstances, with evidence-based change approached collaboratively.
